Crochet Quest - the Ultimate WIP Sidetracker
Once upon a time on the first of July, Nicole H., an avid Lounger, The Crochet Lounge pattern tester & friend asked me a hypothetical question that propelled us to this post!
Not only did Nicole’s mysterious Hubby, a.k.a. PalverZ, create a crochet type quest game (currently for PC users only - Mac with Windows Platform dual install can also run this game — sorry mobile users, it has not been developed into an app), it is filled with hilarious innuendos that only a Lounger/hooker would get giggles out of. Of course, any hooking hobbyist can see the irony of fighting the “Missing Stitch” or a “Yarn Barf”.
Here’s a collage of a few screenshots to the game itself. If you’ve played DOS quest games, this may bring out memories as it did for me — Crochet Quest is a huge reminder of those for me from my childhood computer game playing days with the classic King’s Quest. And the younger gaming generation yet can probably see similarities to Zelda.
You wouldn’t want to miss this as a crochet game to download and install for FREE! (click on the word FREE to the left or the photo collage front and center and it will link you to his game download page).
After you click on the link in his post 
(please take the time to read through his post). Once you click on the link, you can wait for the countdown to complete and click on the Skip Ad button for the game to automatically download.
You will then see the download start in your browser, such as:
Once it has been downloaded, make sure you Read the Read Me file and extract then install by clicking on the icon above it that says Crochet_Quest.
From here, it is crucial you remember where you Extract the game in order to find it and access it. If you need a step by step tutorial on how to extract, and open to play, follow the next steps.

As for the funny picture we’ve all seen on facebook or via Pinterest, who says knitters are the only ones who have a video funny?! We hookers have a real quest game! >.<
