Hooks for Hope - Crochet Designers United to Donate to Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) Research
Background then the Giveaway Info, ok? ;) The short of it is:
Your $20* -> ebook of 22 indie designer patterns -> All proceeds to the ALSAssociation
*$20 introductory pricing will expire and regular price of $25 will resume starting 6 October 2014
What is ALS, more commonly known as Lou Gehrig's disease? You can read more about it at the ALS Association here. Not too long ago (and still trickling), we saw the ice bucket challenge last for a 30day period that helped raise funding that are now being allocated to support research (2 October 2014 ALSA News - read about it by clicking here).
In lieu of pouring buckets of ice, Lorene of Cre8tionCrochet and Lisa of Kaleidoscope Arts & Gifts reached out to the crochet designer community with their Hooks for Hope idea resulting in this first collaboration between 15 designers with a total of 22 pattern designs in a single ebook for a launch price of $20 (that's less than $1 per pattern) AND ALL proceeds of this ebook will go directly to benefit the ALSA!
