Materials:
- Worsted Weight #4 Yarn
- Size F/3.75mm hook
- Tapestry needle
Stitches Used:
fsc, ch, sc, dc, slst
Foundation single crochet (fsc) – ch2, insert hook into 2nd chain from hook, yo draw up a loop, yo draw through 1 (this creates the next foundation chain), yo draw through 2 (this completes the single crochet)
*insert hook into the next foundation chain just created, yo draw up a loop, yo draw through 1, yo draw through 2
Repeat from * until total fsc completed
Chain (ch) - yo (yarn over), pull through loop on hook
Single crochet (sc) - insert hook in indicated stitch, yo draw up a loop, yo draw through 2
Slip Stitch (slst) - insert hook in indicated stitch, yo draw through stitch as well as the loop on hook
Pattern:
Fsc 15
Row 1:
Ch1, turn, sc in each st across [15sc]
Row 2:
Ch1, turn, sc in each st across [15sc]
Row 3:
Ch1, turn, sc in each st across [3sc]
Row 4-5:
Repeat Row 3
Row 6:
Ch7, make sure the chain does not twist, skip 4 stitches in Row 2 after the 3sc from Row 3 and join with sl st [7ch & sl st join]
Row 7:
Sc in next st on Row 2, turn, sc in next 3 chains [3sc]
Row 8:
Ch1, turn, 2sc in turning sc, sc in next 2 scs, sl st to next st on Row 2 [4sc]
Row 9:
Sc in next st on Row 2, turn, sc in each sc across [5sc]
Row 10:
Ch 6, turn, sc in second ch from hook, sc in next 4 ch, sc in the side of the next 3 rows that form the cross bar of the letter A, sc in next 4 ch, sc in side of the top 3 rows of the letter A [15sc]

slst across top of the letter A, invisible join to finish
